Mark McLaughlin launched McLaughlin Strategy in 2008 to help companies align with digitally empowered consumers. Mark's clients include media companies, marketers and investors. McLaughlin Strategy works from a foundation of beliefs: 
  1. The need to reach, engage and retain consumers is universal.
  2. Marketing is a science that relies on models, the data is imperfect.
  3. Brand equity metrics are the best predictor of market share trends.
  4. Digital empowerment is the fundamental change that matters.
  5. Improved value creation is the strategy, revenue growth is an outcome.
  6. All marketing needs to account for social marketing.
